attempting to make an online payment. If you do
experience difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team

automated payment line on 01695 585150. We are in the process
of trying to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience
this may cause you.

You can set up a direct debit to a number of council bills:
Please note: Direct Debits are taken on either
the 2nd,15th or 28th of each month for Council Tax, 1st of each
month for Business Rates and 1st or 15th of each month for Housing
Rent. However, as your rent is due weekly in advance, your direct
debit payment must be paid in advance to prevent your account
falling into arrears. If this is acceptable, please fill in the
information and send the mandates to us indicating your preferred
payment date. As there will be a number of weeks lead in time to
the first payment, it is important you continue to pay your weekly
rent up to the first direct debit payment.

insurance, community charge and sundry debts.
