Appointments are required for all new applications and licence renewals. Appointments can be made:

All renewal applicants are provided with a 'reminder' letter approximately 6 weeks prior to the expiry of the licence. When booking a renewal appointment you must provide the ‘personal reference number’ and ‘current licence number’, which are both stated in the renewal letter.
Appointment bookings for new applications must be made at least 7 days in advance. Once an appointment has been made, you will receive a confirmation letter and guidance booklet in the post. This booklet will contain the necessary forms and outline all the documentation you will need to provide when you attend your meeting.
If you do not bring ALL the required documents, we will not be able to process your application and you will be required to book a further appointment.
If you do not have an appointment, our officers will not be able to process your application.
