Enterprising West
Lancashire
The Enterprising West Lancashire (EWL) team are able to provide
a range of business support services to businesses located within
West Lancashire. The EWL team sit within West Lancashire
District Council’s Economic Regeneration section and their
mission is to support and develop businesses across the district,
as well as encourage the formation of new businesses.
The team work closely with a range of partner organisations from
across the region and are able to signpost you to relevant
organisations to suit your business needs where required.
How do we achieve this?
We provide a range of networking opportunities to enable you to
develop business relationships with like-minded business owners
across the district. The aim of these networks is to enable
you to make new contacts, share information and hopefully find new
clients. We encourage businesses to network outside the
actual events and have developed a virtual discussion forum
'Let's talk
Business' where you can maintain contact. One of the
many benefits of being involved in the forum is that your
business is automatically listed on our Business Directory.
Free events
and workshops are also provided in areas such as business
planning, bookkeeping and marketing and are ideal for both existing
businesses and those thinking of starting a business.
A team of dedicated Business Advisors offer free one-to-one
advice tailored to the specific needs of you and your business.
