- The Enterprising West Lancashire's team of dedicated and
qualified business advisors are available over the phone or for
one-to-one meetings. The team also runs a series of workshops that

low-cost help and activities available to you and your
business
- Business Link North
West's (external link) “Beat the Credit Crunch” section
focuses on two main areas – managing finance and increasing
efficiency. It features advice on managing cash flow and bad debt,
and improving environmental efficiency. It also offers an extensive
range of resources to help businesses plan, prepare and protect
themselves against a financial downturn. You can also access
the Business Health Check - an interactive tool for
businesses to analyse key areas of finance and administration,
in order to improve performance.
- One of the Northwest Regional Development Agency's most
important roles is to support the region’s businesses. In the
current economic climate they are increasing this support with
an informative document summarising how they can help your
business through the current economic conditions. Find out more by
downloading a copy of the Northwest Regional
Development Agency's Business support document. Services are
available to small and medium sized enterprises, which employ less
than 250 staff. Some services are also available to individuals and
large businesses. All of the support can be accessed through

to help businesses through the current economic downturn under the
"Real Help for Business" campaign
