Reporting accidents in the workplace
All serious accidents - and any that result in incapacity from work
for more than three days - must be reported to the Reporting of
Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences (Riddor) Incident
Contact Centre.
You can report the following accidents online via the Riddor
website:

a dangerous occurrence

a case of disease
> Report
a flammable gas incident
> Report
a dangerous gas fitting
