Accessing information and alternative
formats
We'll make the information listed on the website, or that you
request, available via either:
- Website pages: when information is available on the council's
website
- Email: some material not on the website may be available via
email
- Post: some documents, leaflets or booklets are only available
as hard copies, we will post these out to you
- Viewing in person: you can come to the council offices to view
the information or collect it from us
When you ask for information (and pay the fee if there is one)
we aim to send it within 20 working days. Please note: information
is not necessarily made available in all these ways; see individual
classes in the publication scheme for details of which options are
available.
Alternative formats
If you would like to access any documents in a different
format or need any other help, please contact the Admin &
Electoral Services office on 01695 585031 or email: freedomofinformation@westlancsdc.gov.uk.
