throughout the year from the Chairman’s Lady’s Charity

hosted by the Mayor of Burnley

Immediately prior to Annual Council, Lord Shuttleworth, the Lord
Lieutenant of Lancashire, will present a Charter conferring Borough
status upon West Lancashire District Council. This will be followed
by the election of the first Mayor of West Lancashire during the
Annual Meeting
