Clieves Hill Circular Walk

Meet: Coronation Park, Ormskirk.

Time: 10.00am

Cost: Free

This lovely 6 mile loop is one of the Parks and Countryside Service's advanced health walk series. Aimed at individuals who are comfortable walking for an hour and are looking to increase their fitness so as to enable them to cover a little bit more distance. Led by one of our experienced walk leaders we will utilise some of the areas excellent footpaths and take a look at some of the wildlife and points of interest along the way. 

The route will start at Coronation Park and meander through Aughton out to Gorse Hill Nature Reserve, a lovely little conservation area run by the Northwest Ecological Trust. From there we will loop around to the Clieves Hill viewpoint through beautiful rolling countryside, before returning back across the nature reserve and to Coronation Park. 

This walk will be set at a friendly and relaxed pace and will last between 2 and 3 hours. For further information please contact the Parks and Countryside Service using the details on this page
