SURVEY COMING OCTOBER 2025
Are you a tenant living in a West Lancashire Borough Council home? If you are then we would like to hear your views on the quality of your home and the services, we provide.
To do this we are asking all of our tenants to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
The survey questions are designed to find out how tenants feel about the services they receive and the things they think could be improved.
There is also the opportunity for tenants to get involved in focus groups and influence decisions about the delivery of housing services. If this is something you would like to do, you can register your interest via the survey.
Information by Design, on behalf of West Lancashire Borough Council, will carry out the survey. You will receive a survey either in the post or by email. Postal surveys can be completed and returned in the pre-paid envelope, alternatively you can complete the survey online. Email surveys will be sent from Tenant Satisfaction Survey invitation@online1.snapsurveys.com. Please see links below for examples of the letter/email you will receive.
Your completed survey will be entered into two prize draws and you will be in with the chance of winning:
- A cash prize of £200 if the survey is completed online
- One of 5 x £100 shopping vouchers
