Don't miss this chance to see the fabulous car that has played a significant part in British motor racing history.
When Tony Brooks and Stirling Moss drove the Vanwall VW5/11 to victory in the 1957 British Grand Prix they became the first British drivers to win the British Grand Prix in a British-made car. It was a big turning point in the growth of the British Motor Sport Industry.
Hall and Hall, who maintain and run the Vanwalls for owners worldwide have confirmed that the VW5/11 is coming to the MotorFest. The famous car now ‘lives’ in Florida, but is being brought to the UK for the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival meeting in September.
MotorFest Marshals will be on duty to assist vehicles to get out onto the parade route and to be positioned at locations around the course to ensure the cavalcade goes smoothly.
