The Chairman, accompanied by Chief Executive Bill Taylor and Rosie Cooper MP, will lay a wreath at St Anne’s Church in Ormskirk, before attending a ceremony at the parish church at 10.30am. After the service, there will be a salute and march past the Civic Hall to the Comrades Club, where the Chairman will lay a wreath.

 

Vice Chairman Cllr Geoff M. Roberts, accompanied by Deputy Chief Executive Les Abernethy, will lay a wreath at Skelmersdale War Memorial in Sandy Lane at 11am. Other wreath laying ceremonies will take place in Aughton, Burscough, Lathom and Up Holland. Please contact your local parish council for more details.

Craft Stands open from 12.00noon - 8.00pm. Evening event runs from 6.00pm till 8.00pm.
