Who can get a Leisure Card?

The Leisure Access Card is available to all residents within the West Lancashire borough who will then receive a discounted rate on leisure activities.

Category 1: An annual pass available to all residents within the West Lancashire borough who will then receive a discounted rate on leisure activities.

Category 2: An annual pass available to:

A: Disabled DWP Order Book, Incapacity Benefit, Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Severe Disability Allowance, Industrial Injuries, Working Tax Credit

B: Senior Citizens (60+ not in full time employment), Department Of Work Pensions, Pensions Service, State Pensions, State Pensions Service Book, Pension Card, Bus Pass, Letter of retirement, Birth Certificate

C: On Income Related Benefits Department Of Work And Pensions, Order Book, Income Support, Working Tax Credit, and if you are a local registered carer within West Lancs. Available to unpaid carers and parent carers, registered with and validated by the Princess Royal Trust West Lancashire Carers Centre
