Provides a range of services for children and families including family support, fostering and adoption, residential care, leaving care services and child protection.

Carers services

Provides support and advice to around 125,000 carers in Lancashire.

Volunteers service

Provides a volunteer befriending scheme where local people can become volunteers and make a difference to people's lives.
