Information Service aims to provide quality, accessible and
impartial advice and guidance on a full range of childcare
services.
- Internet access: you can get free internet
access at any library
in West Lancashire through the People's Network. Free internet
access is also available in our four community centres in Skelmersdale. Please
note that you may have to book in advance to get access at
libraries and community centres. You can also visit Cable
(external link), an Ofcom
approved independent organisation who can help to find
the best internet, TV and phone deals in the area.
