Our Economic Regeneration team supports the local
community through a range of projects and initiatives. Key
activities include:
- Working with partners on skills and worklessness
issues
- Securing external funding to improve the economy
- Supporting local businesses with events, property
searches, networking and referrals.
The team are also involved in the development of national,
regional and sub regional strategic documents affecting the West
Lancashire economy.
The Economic Regeneration Action Plans detail the key activities
undertaken by the team.
The Strategic Asset Management Plan details the corporate
priorities and explains how land and property decisions are
made, providing a framework to create a focused and
sustainable property portfolio for the future.
