Parking fines and enforcement
We are responsible for parking enforcement in Ormskirk's
council owned car parks. This process is handled through
a system called Chipside

Parking enforcement on the roads and streets within the
borough is the responsibility of Lancashire County
Council (external link).
Paying or challenging the issue of a Penalty Charge
Notice (PCN)
- If your PCN was issued on a road, street or car
park in West Lancashire on or before 6 September
2009 and you wish to pay the fine or challenge the
issue of the PCN you should contact Lancashire County
Council (external link).
- If your PCN was issued on a council owned car
park in Ormskirk on or after 7 September 2009 and
you wish to pay the fine or challenge the issue of the PCN you
should contact Chipside

- If your PCN was issued on a on a road or
street in West Lancashire on or after 7 September
2009 and you wish to pay the fine or challenge the
issue of the PCN you should contact Lancashire County
Council (external link).
