Please note telephone lines will remain open on the 24th December 2021 for missing and urgent payments only. |

We do have an out of hours service for emergency homeless cases available 24/7 over that period. The number is 01695 577 177. It is an emergency line only for people who find themselves homeless over that period and are not able to make alternative arrangements until the Council re-opens, it's not a general housing advice line and the staff can't deal with queries about general housing applications. |
