We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team who is enthusiastic, passionate and visionary. This is a newly created role; it is unique, ambitious and reflects our passion to deliver a positive customer experience and make a positive impact locally. With a salary package of up to £40,057 and a 36 hour week based in Skelmersdale, this is a great place to work.

We are looking for a leader that can inspire, engage and communicate effectively at all levels; someone who understands the importance and need for affordable housing and who shares our values and ambitions. Our new Investment Manager needs to be driven by excellent performance and results and is always looking for ways to improve service and build on success.

We are looking for someone who has preferably got experience working in the Public Sector or who understands how our sector works. Someone who has a proven track record of managing projects, programmes and people.
