An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our property services team as a Repairs Support Officer on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2017. As part of the repairs support team, the post holder will provide a high quality repairs support and monitoring service to our clients; ensuring all enquiries are dealt with effectively and promptly to their resolution.

Alongside experience in dealing with clients with tact and discretion and an understanding of housing/maintenance management systems, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
