Citizen and Stakeholder Survey 2017
We are inviting community groups, organisations and local businesses to give their views about where we should make reductions in spending or increase income.
The 2017 Stakeholder Survey gives organisations a chance to influence the decisions the Council will make. The deadline for taking part is 7 April 2017.
Individual residents are invited to take part in the survey to give their views about satisfaction with services and where in future the Council should make reductions in spending or increase income. The deadline for taking part is 7 April 2017.
These surveys are being carried out for the Council by Lancashire County Council’s Business Intelligence team. The information provided by individual residents and organisations/businesses will be used by the Council as it makes decisions about services and spending. Business Intelligence, on behalf of West Lancashire Borough Council, will analyse and categorise responses and draw comparisons, for example to identify issues pertinent to residents in a particular area, or to specific types of organisation. The data you provide will be used only for West Lancashire Borough Council purposes, e.g. to be shared with councillors and officers with a view to improving service delivery. Your personal information will not be passed on to any other organisations. When results are published, no personal information will be included.
If you have any questions about the survey, or would like it in another format (e.g. large print), please contact Jane McNeice by phone on 01695 585380, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
