West Lancashire Borough Council has to make some important decisions about the amount it spends and the services it provides. Like other councils in the country, the Council continues to face financial challenges, whilst continuing to improve efficiency.
We are inviting you to take part in the 2018 Citizen or Stakeholder Survey to give your views about satisfaction with services, and where in future the Council should make reductions in spending or increase income. Please take this opportunity to have your say. The survey gives you a chance to influence the decisions the Council will make.
All residents are invited to take part in the survey to give their views about satisfaction with services and where in future the Council should make reductions in spending or increase income. Your views are important to us and we would like to see as many residents as possible take part in this consultation. The deadline for taking part is 22 March 2018.
We are also inviting community groups, organisations and local businesses to give their views about where we should make reductions in spending or increase income.
This surveys are being carried out for the Council by an independent company called BMG Research.
The information provided by individual residents and organisations/businesses will be treated in the strictest confidence. They will not be passed onto West Lancashire Borough Council or to any other organisation and will only be used for this survey. BMG Research abides by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct at all times.
If you have any questions about the survey, or would like it in another format (e.g. large print), please contact BMG Research on Freephone 0800 358 0337 or via email at Help_Line@bmgresearch.co.uk
