Check your details on the 2018 Register of Electors

We are urging people to check their details are correct on the 2018 Register of Electors.

The revised version of the Register of Electors is available for inspection, under supervision, during normal office hours at the Council Offices, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk (Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm, Friday 9.00am-4.45pm). You can also check your details by calling 01695 585014.

Our elections are taking place in 18 of the area's 25 Wards on Thursday 3 May 2018. People who are not on the Register of Electors will not be able to vote in these elections. Not being on the Register of Electors may also affect your Credit Score.

Kim Webber, Electoral Registration Officer, said: “You need to be on the electoral roll to have your say in the upcoming elections, and incorrect details may result in residents not being able to vote – so it really is worth taking the time to check."

For more information about the Register of Electors, requesting a postal or proxy vote application or changing your details on the Register if they are incorrect, please contact Electoral Services on email elections.office@westlancs.gov.uk or 01695 585014.
