Tenants are invited to have their say on housing services
Tenants are invited to have their say on West Lancashire Borough Council’s housing services.
The Council is taking to the streets in Skelmersdale to talk to tenants about the services they receive and the improvements they’d like to see.
The ‘have your say’ roadshow will be open to visitors between 10am and 2pm at the following locations:
- Wednesday 16 July – Car park outside Carfield School area
- Wednesday 30 July – Willow Hey, first car park on the right near the grassed area
- Wednesday 13 August – Car park on Harsnips
- Wednesday 27 August – Car park at the end of Banksbarn Wednesday 10 September – Tanhouse Community Centre car park
Tenants who are involved in helping to improve housing services will also be on hand to talk to local people about how they can get involved.
Cllr Jane Houlgrave, portfolio holder for landlord services, said: “Have your say days give tenants the opportunity to come along and tell us how we can improve services within housing. I encourage people to come along and speak to officers about your questions and ideas. We want to improve your neighbourhoods in partnership with you.”
