Business and customer service expert Kate Hardcastle will be aiming to inspire success in West Lancashire companies at a special FREE workshop in Ormskirk on Friday 11 April.
Kate is passionate about business that’s well done and is a champion of good customer service, which she shares through her own business workshops.
She is a regular commentator on business issues for the media. Her recent appearances include BBC Breakfast, ITV Daybreak and Sky News.
Workshops with Kate aim to inspire success in a wide range of businesses including retailers, luxury hotels, rural B&Bs and large visitor attractions.
She has been delivering a series of free workshops in across Lancashire for businesses organised by Marketing Lancashire, the county’s Destination Management Organisation. A further date has been added to the schedule due to increased demand for her no-nonsense approach to great customer service and achieving business success.
The additional workshop is supported by West Lancashire Borough Council and will take place in the Chapel Gallery, St Helen’s Road, Ormskirk on Friday 11 April from 1-4pm.

All types of Lancashire-based businesses are welcome but places are limited. Organisers are particularly keen for West Lancashire businesses come along.
