Agendas for these meetings will usually be published on the Council’s website in the week preceding the meeting. For example the agenda for the January Executive Overview and Scrutiny Committee will be published on Wednesday 17 January.
Due to the Christmas period however, the agenda for January’s Corporate and Environmental Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting and January's Cabinet were published on the Council’s website on Thursday 21 December.
To request to speak, members of the public must contact Member Services with their request by 10am on the Friday of the week preceding the relevant meeting. For example a request to speak at January Cabinet must reach us by 10am on Friday 5 January.
Due to the festive season, residents who want to speak at January’s Corporate and Environmental Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting, should contact the Council by 10am on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
The request can be submitted by email to email@example.com or by sending to: Member Services, West Lancashire Borough Council, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk, West Lancashire, L39 2DF.

Councillor Ian Moran, Leader of West Lancashire Borough Council, said: “The Council provides services for the benefit of people living in the borough of West Lancashire and the views of local people on those services are really important to us. Please take a look at the agendas for these meetings when they are online and let us know if you want to come and speak on any of the items listed.”
