through Public Access - Planning Application Information
Service
PublicAccess allows you to view details of applications that
have been submitted to the Planning & Development Division of
West Lancashire District Council.
You can:
· Monitor the progress of an application and submit
comments
· Search a list of applications submitted and decided each
week
· See whether an appeal has been lodged and any appeal
decisions
· Research details of historic applications
· View property details by reference to a map

You can view the details of applications dating back to 1st
January 1990. You can also view the plans & documents of
applications received since 1 January 2000.
There are a number applications received during this period which
remain to be published and these will be available in the near
future.
You can inspect the list of the
applications not yet published. If you require copies of

Use of Public Access is subject to local and national agreements
for the use of government and private sector information. Please be
aware that Public Access is not available on Saturdays between
3.00am and 6.00am due to backup requirements.
