through Public Access - planning application information
service
PublicAccess allows you to view details of applications that
have been submitted to the Planning Division of West
Lancashire Borough Council. Details of building regulations
submissions can be viewed using PublicAccess via the search and view building
regulations submissions page.

You can view the details of applications dating back to 1
January 1990. If you require details of applications before
this date, this information is available on request by completing
the appropriate online form.
You can also view and download copies of the plans and documents
of applications received since 1 January
2000. There are a number of applications
received since this date that are not yet published
- these will be available in the near future. You can inspect the
list of
applications not yet published (47kb). If you require
copies of unpublished documents these can be requested using the
online photocopy
request form.
