Viability Assessment

We are undertaking a Viability Assessment to assess the economic viability of new development in West Lancashire. The assessment will look at the Local Plan policies and site allocations and consider their economic viability and deliverability.  The Council has appointed consultants Keppie Massie to undertake the Viability Assessment. As part of this process we invited comments on the approach of the study including the methodology and assumptions between Friday 12 October and Friday 9 November 2018.
