The West Lancashire Replacement Local Plan 2001-2016 was superseded by the West Lancashire Local Plan 2012-2027 on the 16 October 2013. The Replacement Local Plan is no longer relevant to guiding development in the borough and you should instead refer to the West Lancashire Local Plan 2012-2027.
Inspector's Report - Replacement Local Plan
The Inspector's Report from the Public Inquiry into the Replacement West Lancashire Local Plan was received in May 2006. The report gives details of the Inspector's reasoning and judgement in relation to objections made to the draft Replacement Local Plan. This report was binding on the council; in other words all of the Inspector's recommended changes have been made to the plan.
