Our online forms can be completed when it’s most convenient
for you - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We’ve tried to make filling in our online
forms as quick and easy as possible.
Here are a couple of tips to make life even
easier:
- All fields marked with a red * are mandatory – you will not be
able to submit the form without filling these areas in.
- Online forms will time out after 20 minutes. If you think
typing your comments will take longer than this, we would advise
you to draft them first in Word or Notepad and then copy and paste
your text into the form.
- When you have completed your form, click ‘submit’. You will
then be given a case number. Please keep a record of this for any
future correspondence.
- After submitting your form you will be requested to click the
‘close’ button at the bottom of the page. Clicking on this will
return you to your original page on the website.
