Try using the Ask a question service to find information - here you can view frequently asked questions and find answers on wide range of subjects and, if you can't find the answer you're looking for, it also provides you with an online service to send your question directly to us. Customer Services deals with around 20,000 calls a month and is the first point of contact for all Council enquiries. Calls are answered from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 24 hour answer and emergency service for out of office hours.
