Skelmersdale masterplan

Skelmersdale – building a town centre to be proud of

The period of consultation for the draft masterplan ended in April 2008.

We had a tremendous response, and West Lancashire District Council would like to thank everyone who took part in helping shape the future of Skelmersdale town centre.

> Read the draft masterplan and see the comments made. We will consider all the comments received as we draw up the finalised masterplan.

A final version of the masterplan was put before Cabinet for their consideration in June 2008.  The document was approved subject to a number of minor changes.  Once these changes are made, the masterplan will be adopted and published.
