Customer Engagement Strategy

As part of our commitment to listening and involving our customers to improve services, we have published a Customer Engagement Strategy.  The strategy was developed through consultation with customers and staff.  The strategy defines our commitment to customer engagement and how this will be delivered through 3 action plans.  The action plans focus on:

  • Customer Feedback
  • Tenant Involvement (this replaces our previous tenant involvement strategy)
  • Digital Engagement
