My Tenancy App repair issue

Due to an ongoing technical difficulty, the app is currently unavailable for reporting routine repairs.

My Tenancy App general information

My Tenancy is a free, simple to use app for your phone or tablet, designed to make life easier for council tenants. It pulls together a range of services into one place, meaning that you can quickly access information about your tenancy wherever you are. You can use the app for things like paying your rent, view all your rent transactions, report a repair and contact your housing officer and much much more.

How do I get the My Tenancy app?

You can download My Tenancy from the app store (external link) or Google play (external link). It is completely free. You will need your tenancy number, name, date of birth, mobile number and email address to register. If you don’t have you tenancy number to hand please contact us by email: app@westlancs.gov.uk. In the email you send us please tell us you name, address and date of birth. We will then get back in touch within five working days.
