Your Voice... West Lancashire

Here at West Lancashire Borough Council, we recognise the important role that our customers play in making changes and improvements to our services, and we want to ensure our customers' voice is at the heart of everything we do.

This is why in January 2022 we launched our digital engagement platform "Your Voice…West Lancashire" where local residents can engage with us 24/7, in an easy and secure way by participating in surveys, sharing ideas, discussing important topics and providing feedback.

Calling all tenants - if you are a tenant, you can access the "Tenant Hub", a space for West Lancashire Borough Council's housing tenants to access all tenant related surveys and information, such as frequently asked questions, e.g. how can I report a repair online.

Customer Engagement plays an important part in helping us to shape and improving our services to better meet the needs of our customers, we hope you will get involved, we want to hear from you.

Registering is quick and easy to do, from the home page, click on Register and complete the registration form. Once you have registered you will see many ways for you to engage, from traditional surveys to quick polls or a discussion forum.
