The 2018 Ormskirk MotorFest roars into action on Sunday 26 August when about 300 cars from all eras of motoring will line up on town centre streets and in Coronation Park for people to admire.
Thousands of people will come to Ormskirk for this fantastic free family event and enjoy the fabulous range of vehicles.
Star cars of the show will include the Ginetta GT4 G55 driven by 19-year-old Ben Wallace, of Southport, in the British GT4 Championship and an Aston Martin 5.2 Litre V12 DB11 Coupe, provided by Aston Martin Wilmslow. The Aston Martin is wrapped in an exclusive Red Bull Racing digital camouflage livery designed to celebrate the partnership of Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing’s formula one venture.
One of the MotorFest's main attractions will be the Concours de Elegance competition, with some truly wonderful vehicles lining up for expert judges to cast their eye over.
This attraction will complement the superb town centre displays, which will featured a fantastic variety of classic and modern cars and motorbikes.
Many vehicles will also join in parade laps around the town centre to entertain the crowds.
Highly skilled drivers will show off their expertise competing in the Autosolo Challenge which is being organised by Bolton-Le-Moors Car Club in association with Aintree Circuit Club.
As well as enjoying the fabulous range of cars visitors can also browse the many stalls at the Makers Market on Ormskirk Bus Station Car Park which has been organised as part of the MotorFest.
