Continuing to keep you safe when accessing our Services

Your self-service account is a great way to access our services online at home at a time most convenient to you.  Just some of the services you can do online are paying bills such as Council tax, booking a bulky waste collection or reporting an issue in your local community such as fly tipping.

Councillor Ian Moran, Leader of the Council, said: "We have seen so many more residents sign up for self-service since the lockdown and are benefiting from accessing services or getting in touch with us when it is a good time for them."

If you do need to come in to speak to us our Customer Service Points are open in Skelmersdale and Ormskirk 10am to 3pm Tuesday to Thursday. To ensure we can keep staff and visitors safe we have installed screens at the counter and floor stickers to show a safe distance to stay apart. We will also be limiting the number of people coming into the Customer Service Point at any one time.
