Tell us what you think of our draft Council Plan

We are setting out our Council Plan to make West Lancashire an even better place to live and work and we hope you will take a few minutes to tell us what you think of our ideas.

Councillor Ian Moran, Leader of West Lancashire Borough Council, said: "We want to work with you to create a brighter future for our borough and we are inviting you to take part in the survey on our draft Council Plan. We really value your opinions as they will help us draw up the best possible plan for West Lancashire."

Our draft plan is inspired by a proposed vision that West Lancashire is THE place of choice to live, work, visit and invest.

The proposed priorities set out our goals for the borough and the Council, and are as follows:

  1. Create empowered, engaged and inclusive communities
  2. Support business and town centres to recover and prosper
  3. Become a Green Council
  4. Be a financially sustainable Council by 2022
  5. Provide a clean safe environment with affordable homes to buy or rent for everyone in West Lancashire
  6. Help everyone to be healthy, happy, safe and resilient
  7. Be a Council everyone can be proud of
