We are making it even easier for tenants to provide feedback on our repairs service

A great new way for tenants of West Lancashire Borough Council to give their views on repairs carried out to their homes is being introduced.

Starting from 5 November, people living in Council homes will receive an automated call when they have had a housing repair carried out. The recorded message will ask for feedback on the work carried out.

The new system is called Voicescape and Council staff will use the feedback given to see what the service currently does well and what we need to work on.

So if you are a Council tenant, please provide us with your feedback when we call. This will be a great help in developing and improving our repairs service to meet our customers' needs. We value your opinions and we look forward to hearing what they have to say.
