Beacon Park Teen Play Area

Be a friend of the park

Two of our main urban parks have active 'friends of the park' groups. Working with our rangers, 'friends' have the chance to become actively involved in the management of the parks - you could use your gardening skills, help to publicise events or even be the ranger's eyes and ears when you use the park.

If you are interested in joining a friends group at either Coronation Park, Ormskirk, or Richmond Park, Burscough, please contact our Urban Park Ranger, email: anne.faulkner@westlancs.gov.uk or tel: 01695 570258.
