The Joint Employment Land and Premises Study (JELPS) looks at how much land might be available in the future for employment uses - including business, industry and offices. It was carried out with neighbouring councils.
The Employment Land Monitor outlines the supply of land in the borough for business and/or industrial uses, and shows how it has changed over recent years. From 2014, the updates are provided through the Annual Monitoring Report.
Annual Monitoring Reports provide annual updates as to how well planning policies are performing against targets and requirements. It includes a section on housing with information on housing supply and delivery.
