What is Tenant Voice
As tenants and leaseholders living in one of West Lancashire's Borough Councils homes you have experience of what it is like to live in our properties and the services we deliver in our neighbourhoods.
We want to provide the best services that we can, and we need you to help us to do this.
We want to listen and act on your views so we need for you to let us know what's working well, what isn’t, and what we can do to improve.
By getting involved you will help us to:
- Improve services for all tenants and make a real difference where you live.
- Ensure we make the right decisions for your homes and neighbourhoods.

We understand that our tenants and leaseholders want to get involved in what they are passionate about. They want to get involved in a way and time that suits them, whether that is joining us for face-to-face activities, virtually on Microsoft Teams calls or just giving their views and feedback through online surveys and questionnaires.
Our involvement opportunities give you just that and our team are here to help and support you.
