Customer Services deals with around 20,000 calls a month and is the first point of contact for all Council enquiries. Calls are answered from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 24 hour answer and emergency service out of office hours.

The Customer Services Points in Derby Street, Ormskirk, and the Concourse Shopping Centre, Skelmersdale, are currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Please access non-emergency services on this website. For anyone who cannot access services online, our Customer Services team can be contacted on 01695 577177. Emergency calls will be prioritised.
