• Extra money support – like Discretionary Housing Payments and the Household Support Fund
• Help with heating costs – Winter Fuel and Fuel Support
• Advice on heating your home safely and cheaply
• Support with repairs, damp, and mould
• Ways to get involved and have your say as a tenant
