Planning Privacy Notices

The European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018 and govern the way in which organisations collect and handle your personal data.  We have prepared a number of Privacy Notices to explain what we will do with your data.

There are 3 levels of Council Privacy Notice - Level 1 (Council), Level 2 (Directorate e.g. Planning) and Level 3 (which accompany individual webpages or forms). A link to the Level 1 Privacy Notice can be found below, alongside all the Level 2 Privacy Notices for the Planning Services.
