Development Management - planning application performance targets

Each quarter the government specify targets in which planning applications should be determined. The targets are:

• Determine 65% of major applications in 13 weeks
• Determine 75% of minor applications in eight weeks
• Determine 85% of other applications in eight weeks
• Determine 90% of applications through delegated powers
