Lancashire County Council provides Registrar services for West Lancashire.

By telephone: call the Department for Work and Pensions on 0800 085 7308, lines are open Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm. For non-English phoneline, call 0800 085 7308.

In person: for face to face service visit West Lancashire Borough Council Customer Service Points

Offices are open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4.45pm.
