Customer Services deals with around 20,000 calls a month and is the first point of contact for all Council enquiries. Calls are answered from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 24 hour answer and emergency service out of office hours.

  • 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk – Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 4.45pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.15pm

  • Customer Service Point, The Concourse, Skelmersdale – Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am to 1.30pm by appointment only. Please call 0300 790 0380 to make an appointment.
