Payment system downtime – Tuesday 23 September

We’re upgrading our payment system. As a result, council tax, NDR and housing rents payments etc. will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday 23 September 2025 between 10:00 – 18:00 (estimated). 

Services affected: 

• Online payments 

• Automated phone payments 

• In-person payments via terminals 

We recommend planning ahead if you need to make a payment around this time. The system will be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete.
